  1. 50% advance and transportation charges are required to confirm any booking.
  2. All staff are verified and trained, but clients are advised to supervise during work.
  3. ADM Maid Services reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, and services without prior notice.
  4. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are based on our internal policies.
  5. ADM Maid Services is not responsible for any misconduct after staff handover.
